Job Description

As the Associate / Assistant Director of Marketing and Admissions at NAMTECH, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership in marketing and admissions functions. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, overseeing admissions operations, leading institutional communications, mentoring and managing teams, collaborating with faculty and partners, promoting the university's brand, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integrated marketing and admissions strategies aligned with institutional goals in engineering, advanced manufacturing, and sustainability. - Oversee admissions operations, including planning and executing campaigns to attract high-calibre students. - Lead institutional communications across multiple channels such as outreach, digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, website, and affiliated platforms. - Mentor, guide, and manage the marketing and admissions teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. - Collaborate with faculty, academic leaders, and external partners to highlight NAMTECH's strengths. - Promote the university's brand nationally and internationally through traditional and digital platforms. - Conduct market analysis, track competitor benchmarks, and provide insights and data-driven reports. - Oversee the development of marketing content showcasing program outcomes, placement success, and research impact. - Build and maintain relationships with academic counsellors, feeder institutions, and industry stakeholders. - Manage scholarship communications and outreach efforts to attract underrepresented students. - Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and diversity initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Leadership experience in higher-education admissions and marketing, ideally within engineering programs. - Understanding of advanced manufacturing, sustainability, and technological innovation. - Expertise in pan-India recruitment and student behavior analysis. - Analytical skills to evaluate enrolment metrics, market trends, and campaign performance. - Communication, team-building, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience in leading multi-channel campaigns and managing diverse teams. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, admissions systems, and digital outreach tools.
