Role Overview

As an Associate in the Assessment Department, you will be responsible for updating RERA client details, maintaining documentation, and managing technical queries. The role requires accuracy, coordination, and effective documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management Website Updates

Update and maintain RERA client details on the website with accuracy.
Ensure all project-related information is up to date and compliant with regulations. Review and validate data before submission to avoid discrepancies.

Documentation Compliance

Maintain up-to-date documentation for all RERA projects.
Organize and manage compliance records using MS Office and Google Suite. Ensure timely submission of all required documents to regulatory bodies.

Technical Inquiries Support

Handle and resolve technical queries related to RERA assessment and documentation.
Assist clients and internal teams with information related to project assessment requirements. Provide professional responses to inquiries regarding compliance and documentation status.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
