Associate Architect / Project Lead (Polyglot Technology)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide architectural leadership and technical direction across multiple teams and projects.
• Design micro services-based, cloud-native, and enterprise-scale architectures that are robust, secure, and maintainable.
• Be technology agnostic selecting the right tools and frameworks for each solution.
• Guide teams in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
• Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies, including AI/ML, automation, and data-driven systems.
• Lead architecture reviews, performance assessments, and technical governance initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads across projects
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technology Head, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Participate in architectural discussions with customers, aligned business requirements with Solution / Architecture according to latest design principles, technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across different technology stacks and environments.

Required Technical Skills:

Core Expertise:

• Must be proficient in at two technologies from each of the following categories:

• Backend:

   Java / .NET / Node.js / Python

• Frontend:

   Angular / React / Vue.js / Nest.js

• Database:

   Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB/MySQL

• Cloud Environment:

  AWS / Azure / GCP

Additional Expectations:

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise development practices.
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability.
• Convert ideas from conceptualization to working prototype
• Must have experience with commonly used frameworks, libraries, and tools (ORMs, REST APIs, messaging queues, caching layers, etc.).
• Exposure to

  AI/ML concepts

   and automation tools for entire Development life cycle
• Practical experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and deliver multiple concurrent projects
• Proven ability to design and optimize for high performance, scalability, and resilience
• Strong leadership, cross-team collaboration, and communication skills
