This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance itoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements. The candi should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well-informed isions.
The opportunity
The Service Line Quality enablement teams play a crucial role in facilitating the Annual Quality Reviews. Our pri y responsibilities include generating reports and aiding the analysis conducted by the Global Service Line Quality Leadership.

Your key responsibilities
- Execute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently.
- Learn and become proficient in various EY tools, technologies, and databases to perform validations supporting the quality review process.
- Take initiatives to bring in process efficiencies as you gain experience in the process.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Deliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Manage process deadlines to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
- Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within diverse teams.
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institute
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Exposure of handling international customers/client interaction
