Associate Accounts (Clients Division)

You are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Accounts professionals to join the Clients Division at J P Chawla & Co. LLP. Your role will involve contributing to the management of financial accounts for a diverse clientele. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in maintaining the financial accounts and records of clients within the Clients Division. - Collaborate with the Manager Accounts and team to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Participate in financial analysis and data interpretation to support decision-making. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing critical input. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements. - Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions. - Provide support in financial advisory and strategic planning services. - Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, or a related field. - Prior experience in accounting or finance is required. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, Busy, and financial tools is a plus. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
