Job Description

Develop and execute strategic plans for the mobility core network to support current and future business requirements.
Oversee the design, testing and certification of mobile core network components. Experience in Cloud Band infrastructure software (CBIS), CB application Manager (CBAM), Nokia s Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM), Nokia Container Service (NCS) is preferred.
Implement and manage network virtualization (NFV) strategies to optimize the deployment and scaling of network functions. Experience on AON (Azure Operator Nexus) platform and ADO (Azure DevOps) is preferred.
Demonstrate strong people management skills by fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, addressing team members needs, and ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure that the mobile core network complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in mobile network technologies and drive innovation to enhance network capabilities and services.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies and solutions into the mobility core network.
Lead, mentor and develop high performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability & continuous growth.
Drive workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement to align with organizational goals.
Oversee the resolution of network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and effective communication with stakeholders.
