Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives who will be responsible to manage customer grievances and address their queries, requests or complaints. The nature of these calls can vary from inquiring about the product delivery to returning the product. The agent needs to possess persuasive skills to retain customers and provide an end-to-end resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make calls and address customer's queries, requests, or complaints

Handle customer inquiries over the phone as well as via email

Manage and resolve customer complaints

Provide customers with product and service information

Research required information using available resources

  • Follow up with customers as committed or whenever required

Document call information Key Competencies and Skills

Verbal and written communication skills

Typing speed of minimum 28 wpm with 90% accuracy

Listening skills, problem-solving and problem analysis

Customer service orientation

  • Negotiation skills

Good adaptability and judgement skills Education and Experience

  • Graduate fresher or Undergrad with a minimum 1 year of BPO experience
  • Proficient with relevant computer applications

Good typing skills
