Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Address customer queries related to product and applications
Provide on-site and remote technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving
Collaborate with plant teams to improve the product consistency including analyzing failure cases and provide solutions for improvement
Support audits and compliance checks as needed
Conduct regular audits, for the plant operations to ensure production meeting quality standards
Conduct trials to evaluate new formulation and provide feedback

Preferred candidate profile

Academic Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Science, Polymer Science, or a related field
Masters degree in Science, Polymer Science, or a related field

Experience and Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in cable industry
Extensive exposure to processing of various polymer compounds like PVC, XLPE, ZHFR, Semicon for cable and manufacturing shall be advantageous

Skills:

Strong knowledge of processing techniques(e.g. extrusion, injection molding)
Proficiency in testing equipments of polymer compounds
Analytical and problem- solving skills
Familiarity with regulatory standards will be advantageous
Communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
