Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy candidate to lead the end-to-end management of our HR technology ecosystem. This

role will serve as the custodian for systems such as Oracle Fusion (HCM), OneAxis, RippleHire, and other HR tech platforms, ensuring

seamless functionality, data integrity, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain end-to-end HR systems (Fusion, OneAxis, RippleHire, etc.), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance. Ensure complete ownership of HRIS
  • System Configuration & Enhancements:

    Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates, new features, and enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Data Management & Reporting:

    Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across all platforms. Generate and automate reports for HR and business stakeholders as needed.
  • System Integrations:

    Manage integrations between systems (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance, learning) and ensure seamless data flow.
  • User Support & Training:

    Act as the go-to expert for system-related queries. Conduct training sessions and create user guides for employees and HR team members.
  • Liaise with external vendors (Oracle, RippleHire, etc.) for support, issue resolution, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Compliance & Security:

    Ensure that all systems and processes are compliant with legal, audit, and data protection regulations.
  • Process Optimization:

    Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-8 years of experience managing HR systems, preferably including Oracle Fusion HCM, OneAxis, RippleHire, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
  • Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
