Role Overview:

We’re hiring across levels in our Video Production Team — from hands-on videographers to experienced filmmakers who can lead projects end-to-end. You’ll capture, edit, and produce powerful stories from our events, off-sites, and brand experiences across India. The role involves travel to event locations and close collaboration with internal teams to create visually stunning, emotionally resonant content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for events, campaigns, and client projects.
  • Collaborate with Experience Operations to capture live moments, interviews, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Manage production logistics (locations, equipment, schedules).
  • Lead or assist in concept development, scripting, and storytelling.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and brand tone across all content.
  • Supervise or mentor junior videographers (for senior levels).
  • Stay updated on new video production trends, tools, and techniques.


Who You Are:

  • Passionate storyteller with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless), lighting, and sound.
  • Proficient in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.


Experience Levels:

  • Assistant – Video Producer:

    Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience or relevant internships in video production/filmmaking.
  • Assistant Manager – Video Production:

    3–5 years of professional experience in filmmaking, corporate or brand video production, with leadership and project management skills.
