We’re seeking a creative and highly organized Wedding Planner Assistant to support our lead planners in both the creative and logistical sides of planning.

Position Overview

This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for design and detail. You'll assist with client meetings, mood board creation, Canva presentations, vendor coordination, and day-of event support. You’ll also play a key role in helping turn ideas into beautiful, cohesive wedding concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with client consultations and sales meetings, taking notes and helping prepare presentations

Create mood boards, theme concepts, and visual presentations using Canva or similar design tools

Support in preparing client proposals and style guides

Help with venue research, vendor sourcing, and contract follow-ups

Maintain planning checklists, schedules, and event timelines

Attend venue walkthroughs and design meetings

Support event setup and coordination on the wedding day

Assist with social media or blog content (optional, if applicable)

Qualifications

Passion for weddings, design, and event planning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable talking with clients and vendors

Experience with Canva or similar design platforms is a must

Creative flair and an eye for visual storytelling and cohesive themes

Detail-oriented with great time management

Self-starter with the ability to multitask and stay organized

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
