Assistant Vice President, Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter at Citi, your role will involve leading the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with other Human Resources team members. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes developing job descriptions and implementing sourcing and diversity strategies using various methods. - Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to present qualified individuals to hiring managers. - Providing feedback to key stakeholders in a timely manner and ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained. - Negotiating candidate offers, researching market data, and providing stakeholders with relevant information. - Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and best practices throughout the recruitment process. - Building and maintaining relationships with search firms/agencies to ensure a diverse candidate pool and participating in diversity recruiting events. - Coaching and training new team members and taking on informal leadership roles within the team. - Using data to effectively manage risks and collaborating with business and HR teams on proactive initiatives. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment management with a strong understanding of the local talent market. - Familiarity with complex compensation structures. - Proficiency in using tools such as Workday, Eightfold, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, and more. - Strategic thinking abilities to promote employer branding and address global hiring challenges. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders. - Knowledge of search and direct hiring methods. - Capability to lead complex projects and engage with stakeholders effectively.
