As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources team members to attract and retain top talent in alignment with the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and diversity initiatives - Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers - Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders, negotiate candidate offers, and provide market data and information - Ensure adherence to hiring policies and procedures, drive compliance with best practice recruitment guidelines - Manage relationships with search firms/agencies, participate in diversity recruiting events, and coach and train new recruits - Use data effectively to manage ageing risk, drive proactive initiatives, and contribute to Workstream projects - Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools and analytics Qualifications: - 8-12 years of relevant experience in recruitment and/or recruitment management with knowledge of local market and talents - Working knowledge of complex compensation structures, proficiency in using Workday & Eightfold, and operate analytics tools - Ability to think strategically, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills - Knowledge of search and direct hiring, talent sourcing through social media channels, and leading complex projects - Bachelors degree/University degree in a relevant field Company Details: Working at Citi is more than just a job; it's a career with a global family of dedicated individuals.
