You will be joining M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of M&G plc group of companies, as a Scrum Master. Your role will involve leading Client and Distribution engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions for the business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating across teams, providing support, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will be the point of escalation for project-related activities and stakeholder issues, working on multiple complex projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Enable the team to provide quality service or product to customers and stakeholders - Support the squad in delivering change at the required pace and scale for sustained transformation - Develop a highly-motivated, client-focused, and high-performing delivery team - Continuously improve team quality and highlight areas for change - Prioritize and organize backlogs to ensure early value delivery - Provide transparency to Product Owners, Leadership team, and Stakeholders regularly - Deliver and maintain delivery plans and timelines - Identify and anticipate the need for changes to improve quality and efficiency - Mitigate risks and issues with delivery and escalate as necessary - Negotiate, influence, and collaborate with business peers for positive outcomes - Support effective decision-making, collaboration, and accountability within the team - Identify and escalate delivery and operational risks to the management team Qualification Required: - Proven project management and Scrum Master expertise - Strong Agile and DevOps experience - Experience in data solutions, system integration, and platform upgrades - Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in delivery resource estimation and people leadership - Customer and stakeholder management skills - Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and meet project deadlines - Experience working with Cloud solutions, preferably Azure Desirable Skills: - Exposure to financial markets & asset management processes - Understanding of client and distribution processes Educational Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline Experience: - 12+ years of total experience in software development - 5+ years of experience in delivering outcomes for large programs/projects in the BFSI space - 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master Join M&G Global Services to be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of market-leading solutions in the Client and Distribution platform.
