We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Vice President - Salesforce COE & Advisory. As the technical steward of Salesforce-related assets such as accelerators, frameworks, utilities, implementation methodology, best practices, demos, and POCs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Salesforce Sales Team and driving customer success. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance in sales calls and solution presentations, collaborating with the Salesforce Sales Team to comprehend customer requirements, developing and maintaining reusable assets and frameworks, contributing to RFI and RFP responses, engaging in discovery and scoping sessions with clients, anticipating customer needs, offering solution alternatives, creating customer demonstrations and prototypes, supporting proof of concept engagements, aiding in estimations, proposals, and SOW creation, and staying updated on Salesforce ecosystem capabilities through certifications and exploration. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include extensive experience in Practice growth support and GTM roles, hands-on implementation experience in Salesforce Sales and Service clouds, proficiency in utilizing Data Cloud and Einstein platform, functional understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Commerce Marketing clouds, expertise in developing solutions and demos using Salesforce applications, architecture and integrations knowledge, ability to drive revenue growth, exceptional communication skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and Salesforce certifications. Preferred qualifications include knowledge and certifications in Salesforce industry clouds, experience with competing products and solutions, exposure to working with Salesforce Account Executives and Alliances team, among others.
