The AVP Trade Operations APAC will report hierarchically and functionally to the Head of Trade Operations Chennai. The Trade Operations - APAC perimeter includes all the operations performed in Chennai and Mumbai.
Leads and provides operational support, which may involve BAU management/ KPI monitoring /risk and control/people management/project management/stakeholder management, etc.
Works closely with internal management team of Middle Office / dual locations/spoke locations/and other internal/external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Direct ResponsibilitiesManage Operations BAU/projects/Changes/People
Manages new projects and initiatives aimed at improvement of operational efficiency and team performance
Work towards accomplishment of operational milestones by being risk and control focussed.
Coordinate and support the operations team for innovative thinking at work space and gaining efficiencies
Contributing ResponsibilitiesEnsuring effective management and implementation of the deliverables from internal/external stakeholders
Ensure appropriate escalation wherever required.
