Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President-HRO operations at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overall HRO operations. Your main focus will be on implementing continuous process improvements and adaptive changes to enhance operational efficiency. Building and managing effective relationships within the organization and collaborating with clients will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the delivery meets customer expectations and defined SLAs to achieve high customer satisfaction levels. You will be required to assess team performance against standards, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, you will work towards driving value beyond SLAs and contractual terms to maximize operational efficiency and transformation opportunities. Strategic thinking and leadership experience will be essential in this role, with a strong emphasis on relationship management and effective communication at all levels within the organization. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary functions related to process and technology to operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle of Finance and Accounting operations. Coaching, mentoring, training, and coordinating the activities of the team will also be part of your job responsibilities. You will need to apply and monitor the Hubs methodology framework, principles, and delegations effectively. The ability to leverage data to provide insights for decision-making and a reasonable level of proficiency in Excel will be required. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant years of experience. Experience in HRO operations in an outsourced environment, project management skills, and transition exposure will be preferred. Strong leadership, team-building, client partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are crucial for this role. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, along with a quality-driven approach, will be advantageous.
