Job Description

Key role and responsibility:

  • Drive Hospital Relations, Field Claims Management, Claims service in collaboration with Corporate Claims and Network teams and Sales to provide good Customer Experience and effective control on Claims severity and Fraud. Further the Prevention and Wellness implementation with distribution and customers.

  • Claim negotiations, PCC & Pricing Violations
  • Fraud Alerts
  • Secure Market Intelligence

Claims

  • Support and connect to the concerned command / medical head /COH for any claims struck due to documents, KYC & any other operational related issues.
  • Reduce and manage grievances in collaboration with sales and claims command.
  • Drive Pratham initiative.
  • Attend marketing meeting when required to understand the view of marketing people and take care of their grievances.
  • Coordinate with HO Claims team to enhance ease of business and operations.


Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Adapt and inbuilt the process of communication and coordination across the zones and the supporting verticals accordingly.
