Vice Principal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female Vice Principal to join our academic leadership team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in school administration, academic coordination, and student discipline. She will assist the Principal in overseeing daily school operations and ensuring a safe, productive, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in planning and implementing school policies and procedures
• Supervise academic and non-academic staff
• Assist in curriculum planning and review
• Monitor student performance and discipline
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and students to ensure academic and behavioral success
• Organize school events, parent meetings, and staff development programs
• Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and regulations
• Step in as Acting Principal when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in a school setting (administrative experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle conflict resolution
• Passionate about student development and academic excellence
• Only female candidates will be considered for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
