Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our institution and contribute to academic excellence, student development, and overall school growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, a passion for fostering an engaging learning environment, and the ability to manage both academic and administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in developing and implementing academic policies and school improvement plans.
• Supervise and guide teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and curriculum delivery.
• Monitor student performance, discipline, and welfare to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure compliance with educational standards.
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
• Promote extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives for holistic student development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and/or Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.
• 2–5 years of teaching or school leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to inspire and motivate faculty, students, and staff.
• Knowledge of educational regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
