Vice Principal

• Ensure all academic activities are in accordance with CBSE rules, regulations, and curriculum standards.
• Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems.
• Oversee the implementation of new CBSE guidelines and ensure timely reporting to the Board.
• Support and guide faculty in preparing students for board examinations.
• Assist the Principal in overall school management and decision-making.
• Supervise daily school operations including discipline, attendance, and timetable management.
• Handle parent communication, grievances, and feedback sessions.
• Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Mentor and support teachers to maintain high academic standards.
• Assist in recruitment, performance evaluation, and skill development of teaching staff.
• Foster a collaborative and positive school culture.
• Teach assigned subject(s) — English, Maths or Science — to middle and senior school classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
