We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Vice Principal to help lead our school to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computational skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Handle disciplinary matters and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Assist in curriculum development and implementation.
- Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships.
- Master's degree with a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, with 05 years in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Familiarity with the latest in the field of education and experiential learning
