Assistant Vice President Credit Product Development - C12 - Mumbai

As a Product Developer at Citi, you will be a seasoned professional contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes within the defined area. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing business cases, requirements definition, product enhancements, innovation, feature and functionality definition based on market research and client needs - Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, scoping product releases, tracking business priorities, and ensuring regulatory compliance - Creating a product vision aligned to business priorities and developing corresponding roadmaps - Following market, industry, and client trends to adapt them for application in Citi's products and solutions platforms - Coordinating with Sales, Technology, Business Managers, and senior stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives - Implementing a wide variety of products and solutions, ranging from data analytics to trade processing - Partnering with global user community to define and implement solutions - Focusing on controls and governance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-10 years of experience - Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally - Familiarity with product development methodologies and end-to-end project delivery - Knowledge of analytical tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, and Access - Strong attention to detail, process/analytic mindset, and ability to structure and break down problems Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Citi provides various programs and services for your physical and mental well-being, including telehealth options, health advocates, and confidential counseling.
