Role Purpose
This role is responsible for managing the governance , content & MIS for COE NFTE TRAINING Team which manages Sales , Collections, Operations & Customer Services NFTEs, ensuring a highly competent, interactive , video based customized content is designed and delivered as per industry standards. Would also be responsible to create a strong control mechanism within CoE NFTE Training Team to ensure that all training related activities are adhered to as per laid down SOPs. Supervise and oversee the raining Data Analytics & MIS system. The incumbent would also be responsible for the preparation of the Budget & controlling the expenditures. Managing Dashboards to the Functional Head, CoE NFTE Head, National Training Managers & their downline.
Role Accountability
- To develop highly customized compliant SOPs inline with compliance guidelines and internal policies , Construct framework for internal process controls to identify gaps and design development a plan to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adherence to the laid-down SOP and ensure timely training updates are shared for the Sales & non-sales function as assigned to the COE Training team
- Supervise and regularly coordinate with vendors in terms of setting expectations, renewal of contracts, disbursement of payments to the vendor.
- To create an effective communication channel in place to resolve escalation, queries & issues within training team & external vendors, Work closely with key stakeholders from sales and non sales to understand the organization objectives .
- Facilitate all internal & external audits of the vertical and implementation of process enhancement basis observation,to review risk control activities and validation
- Do random checks on salary and incentive data validated by the team to ensure compliance and maintain budgets
- Ensure continued personal and professional growth of the content/MIS team as well as Train the Trainer Training for Non-Sales Training.
- Effective Engagement of the team and creating a strong Level-1 and Level-2 resource within the team to ensure effective succession planning by mentoring and coaching the team
- Conduct & document regular team reviews (content & MIS) and appraisal of their performance
- Responsible for FT Non Sales Trainer Assessment on a monthly basis to mitigate understanding gaps
- To ensure there is active participation from the MIS Team in an annual budget planning committee & tentative resource planning for the training team.
- Ensure the application of appropriate training theories/approaches for developing content for various training programs, such as job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models
- Ensure development of highly engaging and easily absorbable content, leveraging all content delivery channels such as written/audio/visual to deliver intended impact
- Lead all content digitization initiatives and ensure timely availabilty of digital content for all training programs
- Stakeholder Management through regular interactions & feedback to ensure timely updation of content /MIS / audits
- Monitor and track the progress of all content development / enhancement / digitization initiatives, ensuring timely reporting of progress to concerned stakeholders
- Create a specialized support line in terms of content for the special initiative taken by CoE Training team
- Manage the existing mobile LMS platform and ensure the training content repository is maintained/updated as per requirements
- Oversee day-to-day management of LMS vendor to ensure maximum system uptime, timely resolution of issues and great user experience
- Identify critical positions within the team and develop a robust succession plan for them, ensuring business continuity

- Availability of competent content for Sales & Non Sales inclusive of job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems
- Adequate provision of training content & optimization of mGurukul and other digital application usage in training
- Timely closure of Internal Governance activities
- Timely Publishing of Content Updates & Version control tracker
- Timely Archival of training records for Audit Readiness
- NHO Record keeping monitoring as per defined TAT
- Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Proven relevant working experience as a Training and Content Management Lead for Inhouse and Partners
- Experience in conducting Product/Process & Behavioral training across levels
