As our Content Lead, you will spearhead our content marketing initiatives, developing and executing deep and comprehensive content strategies that educate, engage, and convert our target audiences. Your content strategy will help support every stage of the sales funnel, establish thought leadership, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Your main focus will be on channels including AEO/GEO, SEO, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Flexibility to adapt your writing skills to suit both short-form and long-form content. Bonus points for past start-up/journalistic experience. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content writing, preferably targeting retailers and brands in the USA/Canada. Proven track record of creating short-form and long-form content that's designed for driving conversions. Must have a deep understanding of SEO. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with minimal supervision. A keen eye for detail.
