Job Description

The position holder is expected to drive business growth by driving a team to generate Advertisement and MediaSales from large and medium enterprises and media agencies in Delhi and North Region.

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM

Job Responsibilities:

Relationship Development:

Servicing large corporate across various industries as part of the existing clientrelationship

Media Agencies:

Lead discussion for showcase of portfolio to agency brand at Buying Head level and ensure walletshare with agency.

New Brand Acquisition:

Generate Sales Solutions and Acquiring Large accounts by selling media space onIndiamart including and not limited Display, Email, Performance, WhatsApp, Notification and Related Digital Media.

Key Accounts Management & Renewals:

Ensuring client satisfaction at all levels and ensuring growth andrenewals across all existing customers.

Skills Required:

Media Sales , Advertising Sales , Big Ticket Sales , B2B

Candidate Attributes:

Knowledge and skills required:

Knowledge of selling digital customer solutionsHands on experience in corporate and media salesExceptionally well written, verbal effective communication & comprehension skillsExcellent Presentations skills required to present to C-suiteUnderstanding customer requirement to offer tailor-made solutions

Attitude and Behavior:

Ability to work with big/emerging and established brands/MNCsGoal oriented relentless hunterPassionate for sales and a problem solverAbility to wear multiple hats- sales/service/retention

Qualification Criteria:

MBA with 6+ years of experience Media / Advertisement / Corporate / SaaS / Digital Solutions Sales /Key Account Management. Team handling experience of 2+ years is a must of onroll employees.
