Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Trade Officer based in Bhuj, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Trade Officer will be responsible for supporting trading activities, managing letters of credit, assisting in financial transactions, conducting market analysis, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records and reports, coordinating with international trade partners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in

1. Working in International Business setup of Importer/Exporter or CHA office in India

2. Through knowledge of documentation and processes for Import and Export, and handling shipment journey with CHAs, FFs, Shipping Lines etc.

Additionally expected to have

• Proficiency in Trading and managing Letters of Credit.
• Strong Analytical Skills to conduct market analysis and financial transactions.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and relationship building skills would be plus
• Basic knowledge of Finance.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant experience in international trade or finance is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Written + Speaking fluency in English. MBA would be an advantage.

• Street- smart and attitude to solve problems at hand

Location is based in Bhuj, Kutch for now.
