Role & responsibilities
Static Data & Trade Support
- Work as part of the
Static Data / ALERT team
supporting internal applications - Manage
end-to-end static data
for Clients, Funds, and Custodians - Handle
new client onboarding
, static data maintenance, and fund decommissioning - Support
trade reference data and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI)
management - Perform
high-level investigation and resolution
of static datarelated queries - Ensure query resolution within agreed
SLAs / TATs
Operations & Controls
- Ensure adherence to all
operational controls and policies
- Document exceptions and process changes as per internal guidelines
- Participate in
audit activities (internal & external)
and MIS reporting - Monitor and escalate
operational incidents, breaches, and errors
- Understand and follow
KPIs/KRIs
and control frameworks
Stakeholder & Project Support
- Interact extensively with
internal and external stakeholders
- Act as backup for the supervisor and support BAU activities
- Participate in
testing, implementation, and change management activities
- Actively contribute to
projects, regulatory changes, and escalation calls
- Suggest and implement
minimum two process improvements
Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of
trade lifecycle and global trade processing models
- Knowledge of
static/reference data
and SSI management
- Good awareness of
SWIFT messages
including MT540, MT541, MT542, MT543, MT300, MT202, MT210, MT103, MT320, MT321, MT302 - Understanding of
asset servicing industry
, custodians, brokers, and asset managers - Exposure to multiple
financial instruments and capital market products
- Knowledge of
Omgeo ALERT
(preferred) - Strong
MS Excel and MS Word
skills

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate (B.Com, MBA preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience
in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Static Data operations
