Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Kanpur. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting in meetings or events, and supporting team operations.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of business processes, data handling, and office systems
• Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office or other productivity applications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
