As a Customer Data Insights Application Engineer, your role is crucial in transforming fragmented customer data into actionable intelligence, supporting regulatory compliance, and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Application Setup and Deployment:** - Assist in the deployment and configuration of customer data analytics platforms and tools. - Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, cleansing, and enrichment. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for data processes. - Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and data warehouses. - **Customer Data Engineering:** - Implement logic for data matching, deduplication, and scoring. - Maintain high data quality standards. - Support metadata management and data lineage tracking. - **Insights and Outcome Management:** - Build workflows for extracting insights from customer data. - Generate customer intelligence for compliance, risk assessment, and business development. - Translate data outputs into actionable insights. - Monitor and optimize data pipelines for accurate insights delivery. - **Operational Excellence:** - Manage large-scale data operations. - Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** - Act as a liaison between business, compliance, and technology teams. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops for platform users. - Present insights to senior leadership and regulatory bodies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in customer data management, analytics, or financial crime systems. - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like KYC and AML. - Experience with data integration, cleansing, and matching technologies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Working knowledge of AWS, Azure cloud platforms. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data processing languages. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with customer data platforms and data governance tools. - Knowledge of cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). - Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards. - Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
