Job Description

As a Contract Staff for HR Services at the delivery center in Hyderabad, your role will be crucial in enhancing the Candidate, Employee, and Manager experience through timely and accurate query resolution, onboarding candidates, maintaining HR data in systems, and supporting various employee life cycle programs and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely processing of defined data audit and monitoring, sharing necessary analysis or audit results. - Conduct data quality checks, identify attributes affecting the process, and ensure data quality at the employee level. - Protect data privacy, manage HR access, and adhere to confidentiality requirements to prevent compliance policy breaches. - Strive for customer satisfaction, minimize complaints, and deliver operational services efficiently. - Complete transactional requests and inquiries within SLA based on priority and complexity. - Respond to queries promptly, resolve them accurately, and prioritize employee experience. - Accurately create and maintain employee HR records in HR Systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, etc. - Take ownership of data administration requests, follow up with requestors for missing information or approvals. - Adhere to defined Desktop Procedures and Knowledge Base articles for each transaction/query. - Follow the Maker-Checker process, conduct Data Monitoring to ensure high data quality in all HR tools. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Services with proficiency in HR applications like SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc. - Post-Graduation in any specialization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Exposure to Customer Relationship Management tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM, SIEBEL, etc. is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and maintain confidentiality. - Capable of delivering against agreed objectives and service levels. - Team player with a willingness to assist and work effectively in a team environment.
