Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor based in Bhopal. The Assistant Supervisor will support daily operations, guide team members, assist in implementing operational strategies, and oversee assigned project areas to meet organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining team productivity, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring performance aligns with company standards.
