Company Overview We are a leading paint manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality coatings for a variety of applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Formulation Chemist to join our dynamic team. Position: Formulation Chemist Location: [bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh] Type: Full-Time Monthly Wage: ₹17,500- ₹25,000 Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize paint formulations to meet quality, performance, and cost criteria. Select and source raw materials suitable for different paint products. Conduct laboratory experiments and trials to test chemical and physical properties (e.g., viscosity, color, drying time). Analyze results and make adjustments to formulations as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Participate in scaling up formulations from laboratory to production scale. Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams. Troubleshoot issues related to formulation or production quality. Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. Prior experience in paint formulation, coatings, or similar chemical manufacturing is an advantage. Strong understanding of chemicals used in paint and their interactions. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety procedures. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Benefits Competitive monthly wage of ₹17,500.
