Assistant Stores Manager

As an Assistant Manager- Stores, your role will involve overseeing all daily store operations including sales, team management, stock handling, and billing. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, ensuring profitability, and maintaining top-notch customer service. Your duties will also include training, mentoring, and managing sales team members, as well as handling escalations when necessary. Additionally, you will be required to plan and execute visual merchandising and in-store promotions, maintain proper inventory levels, and coordinate stock replenishment. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity will also be part of your responsibilities. You must ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and store hygiene/maintenance standards, and coordinate with the Head Office for branding, logistics, and other support functions.
