Role & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team management and floor execution Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution Supervise and train store staff; manage schedules, performance, and morale Ensure proper stock levels through efficient inventory control and timely replenishment Execute visual merchandising plans to align with brand standards and drive footfall Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability metrics; implement corrective actions where needed Enforce compliance with retail policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Analyze customer feedback and store trends to optimize performance and improve service Preferred Candidate Profile: Immediate joiner Candidates from North-East India
