Key Responsibilities:

Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve store targets.

Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.

Assist in managing and training store staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.

Ensure visual merchandising and store layout standards are met.

Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational policies.

Prepare and submit sales and performance reports as required.
