Assistant Store Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure that the store is fully stocked and that products are displayed correctly
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience
• Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the store
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and ensuring that all products are accounted for
• Monitor and maintain the security of the store and its assets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service orientation
