Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager, located in Alappuzha. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee day-to-day retail operations, manage sales activities, support inventory control, and enforce company policies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, training store staff, resolving customer inquiries or concerns, and assisting in loss prevention efforts to maintain profitability and security.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for every visitor.
  • Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Experience in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations and coordinating staff.
  • Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention to address shrinkage and ensure compliance with security measures.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities to guide a team and address challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
