Job Description

Job Title:

Retail Store Manager Boutique / Textile ShowroomAlso listed as: Store Manager, Retail Manager, Boutique Manager, Showroom Manager (keywords: retail management, inventory control, client relations, sales)

Interact with clients to understand their requirements, take accurate orders, and

provide appropriate product recommendations while ensuring a premium customer
experience.

Coordinate with the Head Office to track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain an updated swatch library that is well-organized, easily accessible, and

regularly refreshed to facilitate smooth client presentations.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of daily sales, expenses, and financial

transactions, and share regular updates with management.

Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure that IBTs

(Inter-Branch Transfers) are cleared promptly without pending backlogs.

Monitor product displays and overall store presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including cleanliness, staff coordination, and readiness for client visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and

referrals.

Coordinate closely with the management team to share performance updates, client feedback, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Support marketing initiatives, in-store events, and promotional activities as required.
Handle client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
