Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Handle daily store operations including stock inward/outward, inventory management, and order dispatch. Supervise and manage store staff (pickers, packers, loaders) and ensure work discipline. Maintain stock accuracy and minimize wastage or loss. Coordinate with supply chain, delivery, and procurement teams for smooth operations. Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and product display as per company standards. Prepare daily reports on stock, sales, and manpower. Handle customer escalations or delivery-related issues when needed. Ensure safety, compliance, and security at the store. --- Requirements: Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: 6 months – 2 years in retail / warehouse / store operations (preferred) Good communication & basic computer knowledge. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Age: 18–35 years
