Position: Assistant Salon Manager 📍 Location: Hubli ( Karnataka) 👔 Experience: 3 years in the Salon and Spa Industry 💡 Salon Experience is Preferred 🎓 Education: Graduate / MBA 🏢 Preferred Industries: Customer Service, Salon, Aviation, Beauty & Wellness Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service. Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance and revenue targets. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Ordering the stock on time and stocking the shelves and check the expiry date of the products. Drive customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
