We are hiring a Salon Manager to lead our unisex salon and spa. If you are passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer service — and have experience managing salon operations — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the salon and spa
• Manage a diverse team of stylists, beauticians, and spa therapists
• Handle client bookings, walk-ins, and scheduling
• Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and customer service standards
• Inventory and stock management
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Promote salon services and offers to increase sales

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a salon or spa (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of beauty, grooming, and spa treatments
• Customer-first attitude and ability to handle feedback professionally
