Job Description COMPANY: Position/Title: Reporting to: Ice Boy machines Pvt Ltd Business Manager - Industrial products - commercial Ice cube machines Sales & market Head (Ranjan Kar) 1. Ensure Industrial product sales in potential institutions , mainly hotels , manufacturing industry , IT companies , Bars and Pubs , Hospitals , Clubs , large commercial kitchens , Educational institutions 5 star hotels, ice sellers etc 2. 3. 4. 5. To grow the industrial equipment business exponentially in south region. To manage Industrial team for the region . Intensify industrial product demand generation activities and efforts. Handle fabricators / consultants /commercial Interior , major clients , Hotel Chain , Educational institutional , Decorators/Architects/Builders / PMC etc in the area 6 Be accountable for the total territory in sales, cost and operations Key Responsibilities 7 . to coordinate with service team and ensure timely resolution of service issues 8. ensure commercial discipline 9. To ensure the business forecasting and planning stocks for un interrupted business meet large consultants / dealers and do tie up for Ice Boy products across south 10. region. 11. appoint and handle national accounts for Ice Boy ice cube machines,12. To identify manpower gaps across the region and recruit appropriate manpower 13. To ensure AMC contracts are signed in case of large National customers 14. To ensure all manpower are trained on products and ensure periodic training to team etc. 15. to expand the business verticals into new areas 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Should speak English, Hindi and local language. Should have handled large institutional customer requirements. Should have been exposed to Demand Generation activities Should have understanding of pricing structure, margins, profit & loss must have worked in structured institutional sales with ownership of complete sales process - from lead generation( cold calls ) to closure of sales , installation and commissioning . Essential Skill Set 6.Good Exposure in GOvt Channel of Business / Tender business / Handling of large project sales. 7. Should have handled a front line team of suitable size and achieve the desired Region/Zonal level business goals, 1. Knowledge on commercial ice Cube Machine , industrial products preferable. 2. Practical handling skill of commercial refrigeration / industrial products preferable. 3. IT sales Desirable Skill Set 4. institutional sales of large industrial product sales.


Engineering Graduate, MBA in sales /marketing . Min 10 to 12 year experience in sales of large equipment to institutions / factories , Institutional IT sales , Institutional Banking sales etc with at least 3 to 4 years in leadership role Qualifications and Experience No of Positions 1
