Job Purpose

The Digital Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities by engaging prospects from targeted audiences through digital and social media platforms. The role involves lead nurturing, relationship building, and closing sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers or assigned team members to complete allocated tasks
  • Call, validate, nurture, and follow up with leads via phone and email
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting, evaluating, and analyzing sales options
  • Make cold calls to assess lead potential and filter qualified prospects
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Maintain service quality by adhering to organizational standards
  • Keep a detailed log of learning and sales activities
  • Deliver updates and presentations to managers or assigned team members

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 24 years of relevant experience in digital/inside sales

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Digital Media and Social Media Sales
  • Basic understanding of creating and managing sales dashboards
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for lead generation
  • Creative thinking with the ability to understand client needs and drive conversions
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in student counselling or inside sales is an added advantage
