Senior executive - Learner Support

The Senior Executive Learner Support is responsible for delivering high-quality service to learners by addressing queries, resolving concerns, ensuring smooth academic journeys, and maintaining strong learner engagement. This role acts as a bridge between learners and internal academic/support teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
