Eligibility:

• A driven professional with a minimum of 1 year of Sales/BD experience who is passionate about team building, business development, and local fieldwork.
• Local city residence is mandatory.

Key Responsibility:

✔️ Recruit & onboard part-time advisors/agents

✔️ Conduct regular field visits and client interactions

✔️ Train your team in lead generation (networking, social media, referrals)

✔️ Guide advisors in offering personalized financial solutions

✔️ Maintain compliance and business process integrity

✔️ Drive performance for top-tier incentives

Compensation:

• Any Sales Experience: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.99 LPA
• Relevant Life Insurance Experience: Salary hike on Last CTC if > ₹4 LPA
