Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Technical Sales at JLL, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Mobile Engineering Services (AMC, Tech on Demand) to both internal and external clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, creating professional proposals, and meeting quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison between customers and the technical team. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Create detailed proposal documents with security layout options meeting JLL standards - Present solutions that align with customer requirements and budgets - Attend project kickoff meetings and collaborate with technical teams during execution - Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel with regular reporting - Gather market intelligence and customer information to support business development Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with an MBA - Sales/Marketing professional certifications are preferred - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in selling electrical solutions in a multinational firm - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Additional Company Details: JLL empowers its employees to shape a brighter future in the real estate industry.
