Job Description

Job Title: Residential Sales Executive / Channel Sales Manager

Residential Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales

Handle walk-in customers and direct leads at site / sales office
Conduct site visits and explain project specifications, pricing, and payment plans
Follow up with prospects and close bookings

Channel Sales

Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners / brokers
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Share project updates, inventory, pricing, and schemes with brokers
Generate sales through channel partner network
Conduct regular CP meetings, site visits, and presentations

Sales Operations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (direct + channel)
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for documentation and closures
Maintain lead data, CP performance reports, and MIS
Support marketing activities, site events, and roadshows

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven experience in
Channel Sales (Broker Management)
Customer handling and relationship management skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Knowledge of local real estate market and RERA guidelines
Working knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience in
Residential Real Estate Sales Builder / Developer side
Existing channel partner network will be an advantage
Male / Female candidates both can apply
