🏍️ Assistant Manager (Supply Closure)

Location: Dwarka Sec 19, Delhi (On-site) | Experience: 2–5 years | Full-time

We’re a team of early-stage operators from IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, and IIM Ahmedabad, with leadership experience scaling some of India’s most respected startups — including Swiggy, Truebil, SuprDaily, ClearTax and Slice. We're funded by some of the leading global investors. We’re an automobile company — solving Bharat’s mobility needs by building India’s fastest-growing used bike brand. In just 1 year, we’ve grown to 3 showrooms across Delhi and are just getting started. We’re hiring an aggressive closer to lead to run through walls and help us source bikes directly from consumers — the toughest, but most rewarding, supply vertical.


🛠️ What You'll Do

● Set a high standard with the team on discipline and rigor towards goals

● Lead a team to negotiate with individual sellers (direct customers like you and me) (the role and team will be based out of office - customers to be closed on call).

● Build trust, close great deals, and keep a sharp eye on margins

● Work closely with inside sales, field engineer, and refurbishment team leads to ensure we can offer the best prices to customers

● Own your supply funnel and chase targets aggressively & effectively

● Lead from the front on weekends — that’s when the real action happens.

● Groom as team and make them into scalable assets


⚙️ Skills & Qualification

● 2–5 years of experience negotiating with end consumers and leading a team

● Tele-sales, 2w, auto, used cars, real estate, financial services — all welcome

● Fluent in Hindi & English, confident and persuasive on calls

● Emotionally sharp — you know when to push, when to pause, and how to close a deal

● You’re not looking for comfort — you’re chasing growth, speed, and ownership

● Team leading experience of telecallers.

● Should have worked around different products, Not specifically automobile, and is ready to work in a new industry and want to explore the purchase end now.

● Should be ready to work from Dwarka sector 19 Office.

● Mandate - Ready to work 6 Days, Weekends will be a mandatory working day, One day off Between Mon-Fri.
