Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Inside Sales will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of inside sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive lead generation, qualification, and closure through effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Handle escalations and support team members in deal closures.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales campaigns.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and pipeline.
• Identify training needs and upskill the team for continuous performance improvement.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 23 years in a team lead/managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
